Aadews is a strong believer in customer satisfaction and our goal is to provide you with world-class services and products without any hassles. We, however, need to have policies in place for smooth functioning. Shopping with us indicates that you have clearly understood and agree to the following terms and conditions.
- If for whatever reason you have any issue with the garment such as fitting problems or dislike the fabric and style, there will be free refunds and returns within 48 hours of delivery.
- The full refund will only be initiated after carefully examining the returned clothing for any type of damage or tamper.
- There will be no returns or exchanges if the product is washed or worn.
- Our shipping policy is very simple, once you provide us with your shipping address, your parcel is shipped through courier agencies. From the time of shipping, it takes about 7-10 days for your order to reach you.
